The mission of the Mountain Valley Emergency Communications Center is to serve as the vital communications link between our citizens and our public safety agencies; to identify locations and public safety responses; to activate public safety services and provide communication support and coordination for all public safety efforts.

The Mountain Valley Emergency Communications Center strives to provide the most effective emergency communications possible. We attain this goal by attracting, training, and retaining the highly qualified and dedicated team members needed to provide these essential services.
